Be optimistic, even difficult times will lead to better days.When you’re put into a live-or-die situation, there’s really only two things you can do: Live or Die. As Hiccup and Merida fly off on Toothless to face Pitch, Gothel, the Red Death and Mor’du (along with Jack and Rapunzel) the outcome is about 50/50. They really don’t know what to expect. Failure or success?
So they hold on to their memories. They hold on to everything they’ve been through together. They relive the moments, and remain optimistic.
Because as they soar into the gloomy clouds, there’s a glint of light. And somewhere beyond them: a sun was rising.
